Message from the Director – Takao Teramoto
Over the past 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to working with children through soccer.
As of 2025, it marks 10 years since I began coaching here in Australia.
What I find most fulfilling in this country is witnessing children grow — not just in skill, but in mind and spirit — as they move forward with confidence into their own future.
Seeing young players who are just starting out share their struggles and joys with teammates, and gradually begin to think and act for themselves, is the greatest joy I could ask for.
Sometimes, life takes these children to new places — whether it’s moving to a different country or entering a new stage of life.
That’s why I approach every single session with the mindset that “this might be our last time together.”
I give my all to each lesson, not only to teach soccer techniques, but to help children develop the ability to think independently and the courage to take on challenges.
More than anything, I want PFC to be a place where children can fall in love with the game — a place where their passion grows.
I will continue to stand beside every child with belief in their potential, and with unwavering dedication and heart, help them shine in their own unique way.
